Manufacture

Top-notch automatic production line consisting of extruder machine, winding machine, tractor, spooling equipment enables Nacheon to produce series of thermoplastic composite flexible pipes with ID varying from 2 to 16 inch.

Qualification Testing

All products are strictly conforming to the relevant international standards such as API 15S, API 17B, API 17J, API 17K and DNV-RP-F119, etc.

Installation

World-class offshore pipelay vessels equipped with high capacity tensioner, spooler and vertical pipelaying system guarantees Nacheon being able to accomplish offshore installation under versatile circumstances.
